What you will do
- Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning by leveraging customer and product expertise.
- Independently scope and execute end-to-end design solutions for complex multi-page experiences.
- Lead or co-lead research initiatives to inform design decisions and identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering stakeholders to define project plans and deliverables.
- Facilitate team discussions and design reviews to solve complex challenges.
- Evolve and maintain the design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead comprehensive user-centered designs.
- Strong command of UI best practices and experience shipping high-quality interfaces.
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback.
- Builder mindset with a track record of driving initiatives forward with resilience.
- Experience in software interface design or development.
Nice to have
- 8+ years of industry experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Computer Interaction or Design.
- Experience at a SaaS software company serving B2B customers.
