Location: Hybrid (Rotterdam/Amsterdam, Netherlands). Must have valid work authorization for the Netherlands (no work permit provided).

What you will do

• Deliver cybersecurity services across cyber strategy, risk management, compliance (ISO, NIST, RGPD), and operational security.
• Develop new security offers and SaaS solutions within the hirify.global CyberLab, leveraging AI technologies.
• Act as a certified trainer for the hirify.global Cyber Institute, delivering awareness and coaching sessions.
• Manage complex international projects from inception to completion, ensuring client satisfaction and proactive reporting.
• Design and develop business proposals to identify new collaboration opportunities with clients.
• Supervise and mentor junior and confirmed consultants, overseeing deliverables and skill development.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or Econometrics.
• 3-6 years of experience in cybersecurity projects within a consultancy firm.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English (Non-Dutch speakers will not be accepted).
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, C++, Java, Ruby, Node, Go, or PowerShell.
• Technical expertise in IP Networks, Operating Systems (Linux/Windows), Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Cryptography.
• Must be based in or have the right to work in the Netherlands.
