What you will do

• Lead project teams and deliver complex engagements for financial services clients from the Amsterdam office or client sites.
• Drive business development and sales of consulting services within the Dutch market.
• Mentor and develop senior team members to enhance internal capabilities.
• Collaborate with global offices on cross-selling initiatives and knowledge sharing.
• Define business strategies, implement digital plans, and perform financial modeling and data analysis.
• Manage regulatory and operational risk transformations and validate emerging business opportunities.

Requirements

• Master's Degree.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in management consulting with a proven track record.
• Fluency in both English and Dutch; non-Dutch speakers will not be accepted.
• Strong professional network within the Dutch banking or insurance market.
• Experience in business development and sales of professional consulting services.
• Valid work permit for the Netherlands; the company is unable to provide sponsorship.
