What you will do

• Lead teams and deliver consulting project work for clients from the Amsterdam office or at client site
• Drive growth and improve revenue
• Produce proposals and other client materials
• Mentor and develop junior team members
• Collaborate with other hirify.global offices and leverage the global network for cross-selling and knowledge sharing
• Track developments in the financial services industry and contribute to the hirify.global brand in the Dutch insurance market

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in (management) consulting
• Experience delivering change for a top-tier insurance company (banking experience is a plus)
• Strong entrepreneurial drive focused on client development and business development
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics, with ability to quickly build expertise
• Good understanding of insurance products, processes, and technologies (insurtech/fintech)
• Dutch native speaker and no non-Dutch speakers accepted; English communication and presentation skills required
