What you will do

• Lead and execute high-level consulting projects and missions for banking customers.
• Drive commercial development and increase market share in Belgium and the Netherlands.
• Manage client relationships, conduct prospection, and defend commercial proposals.
• Analyze business model evolutions and banking sector trends to develop thought leadership materials.
• Coach and steer consulting teams within the Banking & Insurance business line.

Requirements

• Master's degree in business, engineering, or economics from a first-class university.
• 7 to 10 years of relevant consulting experience in the Banking sector.
• Bilingual proficiency in Dutch and English (Dutch is a must).
• Proven business development skills and experience managing consulting teams.
• Must have valid work authorization for the Netherlands (no visa sponsorship).
