What you will do

• Lead and personally execute consulting missions for banking customers to ensure high-quality service and delivery.
• Drive commercial development to increase market share in the Belgian and Dutch banking sectors.
• Manage the full business development cycle from the Amsterdam office, including prospection, proposal writing, and client relationship management.
• Analyze banking market trends and innovations to produce thought leadership materials such as case studies and expertise letters.
• Coach and steer consulting teams within the Banking & Insurance business line in the Netherlands.

Requirements

• Master's degree in business, engineering, or economics from a first-class university.
• 5 to 10 years of relevant consulting experience specifically within the banking sector.
• Bilingual proficiency in Dutch and English (Dutch is a must).
• Must already possess a valid work permit for the Netherlands as the company is unable to provide sponsorship.
• Proven track record in business development and successfully managing teams.
• Strong interest and ability to build expertise in data and AI-related topics.
