Location: Must be based in Oslo, Norway (Hybrid role)

Salary: 555,500 – 900,000 NOK per year

What you will do

  • Improve client engagement and satisfaction by providing expert support on data platforms and analytical tools.
  • Develop business issue analyses and category presentations to deliver actionable insights.
  • Train clients on the cloud-based Discover platform to maximize tool usage and understanding.
  • Generate sales leads by identifying new business opportunities within your client portfolio.
  • Deliver thought leadership through webinars, newsletters, and client events.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture within the Nordic office.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the FMCG industry in business analysis, market research, or category management.
  • Fluent in Norwegian and strong Business English (verbal and written).
  • Commercial degree in Economics with proven academic results.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in conducting presentations and transforming data into compelling narratives.
  • Ability to use AI tools to enhance the speed and quality of insights.
