What you will do

• Manage and execute A/B testing and site optimization initiatives using industry-standard platforms.
• Configure custom reports, segments, and event tracking within web analytics suites.
• Implement personalization strategies directly within enterprise CMS platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to activate audience data for real-time personalization.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement of digital experiences.

Requirements

• Must be based in Portugal or Brazil
• 4+ years of professional experience in optimization or analytics roles.
• Proven hands-on experience with A/B testing tools like Optimizely, VWO, or Adobe Target.
• Proficiency in web analytics suites such as Google Analytics 4 or Adobe Analytics.
• Experience managing content and personalization within enterprise CMS platforms.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) like Segment or Tealium.
• Foundational knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for test implementation.
