Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (Hybrid: 12 days WFH per year)

What you will do
- Define and implement Game QA and Automation strategies for multiple concurrent titles on iOS and Android.
- Build self-healing scripts and use Computer Vision (OpenCV) to simulate realistic player behavior and rhythm synchronization.
- Manage the full bug lifecycle, providing detailed technical data including device logs and memory dumps.
- Partner with Unity developers to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to optimize build verification.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of software and game testing methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with mobile automation tools such as Appium, Airtest Project, AltTester, or Unity Test Framework.
- Proficiency in Python, C#, or Java for building and scaling automated test scripts.
- Deep understanding of mobile game challenges including device fragmentation, frame rate drops, and memory leaks.
- Ability to translate complex technical gameplay bugs to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI-assisted testing tools like ScoutQA, Mabl, Testim, or Playwright.
- Applying Machine Learning or OpenCV to automate non-locator 2D/3D game elements.
- Experience with Git and integrating tests into Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
