What you will do

• Serve as a technical expert on Snowflake’s AI/ML workload and provide best practices to customers.
• Architect tailored AI/ML solutions leveraging Snowflake and its ecosystem based on customer requirements.
• Build and deploy AI/ML pipelines using SQL, Python, and Cortex AI features, including hands-on POCs.
• Collaborate with customer teams, systems integrators, and internal product, engineering, and marketing teams.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to resolve customer-specific challenges and support team expertise development.
• Maintain deep knowledge of competitive AI/ML technologies and position Snowflake effectively.

Requirements

• Must have at least 5 years of experience in pre-sales or post-sales technical roles with customers.
• Location: Must be based in the United States to work remotely.
• Strong understanding of generative AI lifecycles, ML lifecycle, AI/MLOps, and public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Java or Scala, and AI/ML libraries such as Pandas, PyTorch, TensorFlow, SciKit-Learn, LangChain, or similar.
• University degree in data science, computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent presentation skills for technical and executive audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with Databricks/Apache Spark and ETL tools.
• Enterprise software success and vertical expertise in FSI, Retail, Manufacturing, etc.
