What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including IT, software licensing, services, and distribution contracts.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Procurement to provide practical, risk-based legal guidance.
• Support and enhance compliance programs, internal governance frameworks, and regulatory adherence.
• Review tender and procurement documentation to assess contractual and legal risks.
• Coordinate legal matters with external counsel, regulatory authorities, auditors, and banks.
• Contribute to international cross-border projects and technology business initiatives.

Requirements

• Law degree (LL.M. or equivalent).
• Experience in commercial contracts, IT law, and compliance within a business environment.
• Strong skills in contract drafting and negotiation, particularly in cloud services or software licensing.
• Ability to identify and mitigate legal risks in procurement and cross-border transactions.
• Professional English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Valid working visa for Ukraine.
