What you will do

• Lead the warehouse team and supervise the loading/unloading of materials according to company standards.
• Manage material maintenance and quality control of the rental fleet to ensure availability.
• Oversee personnel development and ensure a suitable working environment with available tools.
• Monitor KPIs to measure process efficiency and implement necessary corrective actions.
• Record deliveries, returns, and internal repair movements within the system.
• Train and coach maintenance workers in standard repair methods.

Requirements
