What you will do

• Build and deliver prototypes for strategic enterprise opportunities to accelerate sales cycles and de-risk deals.
• Engage directly with enterprise customers to understand their technical environments, requirements, and workflows.
• Act as the technical bridge between customer needs and product capabilities to support high-value deals.
• Translate customer requirements into clear technical specifications and actionable product insights.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to integrate field learnings into the product roadmap.
• Identify reusable patterns across customer engagements and drive their productization.

Requirements

• Strong fullstack engineering experience with the ability to build and ship working solutions quickly.
• Solid experience designing and working with APIs and integrating across various systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms and modern application architecture.
• Proven track record of working directly with enterprise customers and navigating their technical requirements.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or similar customer-facing roles.
• Experience working in a product-led SaaS company.
• Exposure to AI/LLM technologies and building AI-powered solutions.
