What you will do

• Track and deliver shipments from pickup to final delivery.
• Manage staff, subcontractors, and part-time workers to ensure operational efficiency.
• Act as Hub Manager when necessary to oversee daily activities.
• Handle Cash on Delivery (COD) payments and ensure daily banking.
• Collaborate with customer service to fulfill client requests.
• Control inventory to minimize risks of missing or damaged parcels.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Must be based in Johor, Malaysia (On-site)
