What you will do

  • Define and implement short, medium, and long-term sales objectives and budgets to achieve annual growth targets.
  • Expand business into new markets and develop strategic alliances to enhance defense product offerings.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with government stakeholders and international Armed Forces managers.
  • Execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies and represent the company at international defense exhibitions and trade shows.
  • Analyze market trends and geopolitical developments to identify risks and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with engineering and executive teams to align product delivery with customer expectations.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in sales and business development within the defense and engineering sectors.
  • Minimum 5 years in a commercial management position.
  • Expertise in GTM strategies, brand positioning, and defense distribution channel management.
  • Track record of closing high-value agreements and managing international negotiations.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or SAP for commercial analysis and forecasting.
  • Ability to build and lead high-performing sales and business development teams.
