What you will do
- Identify and aggressively win new customer opportunities to drive growth.
- Manage a portfolio of clients via personal visits to provide personalized service and maximize potential.
- Build strong client relationships to ensure account performance and reduce attrition.
- Prepare weekly updates on pipelines, target achievements, and business plans.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery and resolve business challenges.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and maintain business information in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the Sales field.
- Experience in the logistics or e-commerce industry is preferred.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa.
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and customer-oriented skills.
