What you will do

• Own and evolve the global product roadmap, defining 3–12 month plans aligned with market and customer needs.
• Translate regulatory, commercial, and technical requirements into prioritized product initiatives for engineering delivery.
• Drive end-to-end product execution to ensure timely delivery of payment applications and features.
• Identify and prioritize processor and partner integrations to unlock new revenue and market expansion.
• Collaborate with sales and presales teams to support client conversations and validate solution feasibility.
• Align engineering and professional services around delivery priorities and resolve trade-offs.

Requirements

• Significant product leadership experience within payments, fintech, or B2B technology environments.
• Strong understanding of global payments ecosystems, including processors, acquirers, and PSPs.
• Proven track record of owning complex, multi-stakeholder product roadmaps and delivering at scale.
• Experience engaging in presales and customer-facing discussions to balance ambition with feasibility.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value and vice versa.
• Must be based in the United States
