What you will do

• Support negotiation and execution of supplier contracts, MSAs, and SOWs.
• Draft SOWs with clear scope, deliverables, milestones, KPIs, and pricing.
• Act as the primary day-to-day commercial contact for assigned suppliers.
• Manage procurement operations to secure timely and cost-effective materials and services.
• Build vendor relationships and monitor supplier performance through reviews and audits.
• Ensure compliance with relevant import/export regulations.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in procurement or supply chain within the European Space market.
• Proven experience with contract negotiation and SOW drafting.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or Engineering.
• Familiarity with ERP and supply chain management software.
• Fluency in English.
• Must be based in Luxembourg (Hybrid work format).
