Salary: 550,000 - 800,000 NOK yearly

What you will do
- Provide day-to-day operational support to Business Consultants.
- Manage Microsoft Dynamics CRM quality, pipeline accuracy, and deal details.
- Support sales reporting, renewal preparation, and internal commercial processes.
- Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and Customer Success teams to streamline workflows.
- Create and maintain templates, guides, and best-practice materials for the sales team.
- Identify and implement improvements for structure and efficiency across the Nordic sales team.
Requirements
- Experience in sales support, sales operations, or a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, with Microsoft Dynamics experience being a strong advantage.
- Fluency in at least one Scandinavian language (Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish).
- Strong English language skills.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
