What you will do

• Lead ServiceNow solution architecture and design activities to ensure technical integrity across the enterprise.
• Design and manage the strategic ServiceNow platform, overseeing its evolution and day-to-day success.
• Perform daily operational tasks, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve defects within the ITSM platform.
• Administer the ServiceNow instance, including workflows, business rules, UI policies, and access controls.
• Collaborate with business units and external partners to identify use cases and develop platform solutions.
• Drive cost transparency and value tracking for all ServiceNow enhancements and maintenance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect with expertise in core modules like Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
• Strong knowledge of integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems and applications.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and HTML scripting.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) qualification.
• Detailed understanding of ITIL processes and their practical application.
• Location: Must be based in Budapest, Hungary.
