What you will do

  • Provide proactive advice and guidance on a wide range of people-related matters.
  • Coach People Managers through ER cases to ensure fair, consistent, and compliant outcomes.
  • Manage employee relations cases from end-to-end, including the preparation and review of documentation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for general HR queries regarding policies, benefits, and holidays.
  • Analyze employee relations data to identify trends and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK employment legislation and recommend necessary policy updates.

Requirements

  • Experience managing a varied employee relations caseload independently.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and ER best practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to build trusted relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sound understanding of HR policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
