What you will do

• Manage systems data for global clients, providing daily solutions and ensuring security compliance.
• Oversee and prioritize a queue of technical assignments and tickets to deliver optimal client solutions.
• Recommend modernization options and identify new business opportunities for infrastructure improvement.
• Collaborate with diverse technicians and stakeholders across various industries, including banking and retail.

Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019 implementation and management.
• Hands-on experience with VMware ESX.
• Proficiency in public/private cloud management, specifically on-prem to cloud migrations.

Nice to have

• Experience with automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaaS).
• Experience in vulnerability management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and federation services.
