What you will do

• Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, focusing on new customer acquisition and expansion within existing accounts.
• Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth across a portfolio of 200 prospects.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, positioning the company as a trusted security partner.
• Collaborate with Sales, Channel, Marketing, and Product Development teams to drive engagement with key accounts.
• Leverage channel partners to identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and customer data using Salesforce and Clari.

Requirements

• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in B2B cybersecurity, cloud, SaaS, or IT solutions.
• Ability to navigate complex sales processes and engage with C-level executives.
• Fluency in English and Norwegian or Finnish is essential.
• Must be based in Barcelona, Spain.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience working effectively with channel partners, resellers, and MSPs.
