What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of Italian customers as the primary point of contact.
- Lead customer onboarding and drive successful product adoption.
- Identify upselling, cross-selling, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Execute retention and renewal strategies to minimize churn.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to support customer success.
- Monitor customer health and gather feedback to improve the product.
Requirements
- Native or professional Italian and professional English.
- 1β2 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales.
- Proven ability to drive customer retention and renewals.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be based in Barcelona, Spain.
