What you will do

• Own end-to-end UX delivery for specific product areas, mapping journeys and structuring cohesive flows.
• Align design decisions with product strategy, customer needs, and measurable success metrics.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data specialists to validate and deliver effective solutions.
• Drive the evolution of the design system, influencing component architecture and platform scalability.
• Utilize AI tools to model scenarios, synthesize customer feedback, and accelerate design iteration.
• Mentor other designers and contribute to the development of overall team standards and design maturity.

Requirements

• Proven experience owning end-to-end product design for entire product areas.
• Deep understanding of design systems, component architecture, and design tokens.
• Strong UI craft with a track record of producing polished, implementation-ready designs.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate design workflows and synthesize insights.
• Background working within B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and mentor other designers.
