TL;DR
Used Leasing Operations Controller (Automotive): Managing the operational delivery of used leased vehicles with an accent on cost management and vehicle preparation. Focus on authorising repairs, maintaining stock quality, and coordinating successful vehicle delivery to customers.
Location: Hybrid; must spend at least three days per week (60%) at the Watford office. New starters are required to be in the office 5 days a week during training.
Salary: £36,224 - £38,130

What you will do
- Manage the operational delivery of used leased vehicles for the pre-loved range across Tusker clients.
- Authorise bodywork repairs and SMR to ensure vehicles meet high quality standards.
- Manage costs effectively and allocate vehicles to appropriate remarketing channels.
- Maintain the Used Car Stock page and monitor inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with the Order & Delivery team and suppliers to ensure successful vehicle delivery to customers.
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of repair and maintenance for combustion and electric vehicles (Cars & LCVs).
- Experience working in a manufacturer's franchised dealership within workshop and service desk departments.
- Experience in cost approval and audit functions within a leasing or similar organization.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for managing stakeholder relationships.
- Must be based in or able to commute to the Watford office for hybrid work.
Nice to have
- Previous automotive industry experience in a dealership or used vehicle environment.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
