What you will do

• Lead coordination with legal and tax advisors to incorporate new branches.
• Manage company compliance and administrative formalities throughout the entity lifecycle.
• Facilitate local regulatory license applications by providing essential governance documentation.
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of committee memberships and provide guidance on agenda construction.
• Provide governance oversight for share transfers.
• Coordinate, schedule, and deliver board and committee meetings.

Requirements

• Professional membership in the Chartered Governance Institute (CGI/ICSA) or qualification as a Solicitor or Barrister.
• 3+ years of experience as a company secretary in a large financial institution or tech company.
• Solid understanding of corporate governance, company law, and conflict of interest management.
• Ability to lead board and committee arrangements effectively and draft clear minutes.
• Experience overseeing legal entity compliance activity with minimal support.
• Fluency in English.
