What you will do
- Partner with Sales and customers to design AI-powered CX strategies and solutions.
- Lead consultative discovery sessions focused on business outcomes, customer journeys, and experience gaps.
- Deliver compelling demos and presentations tailored to both business and technical stakeholders.
- Design scalable architectures including CCaaS, AI capabilities, integrations, APIs, and cloud ecosystems.
- Identify and articulate AI use cases across the customer journey, including self-service and personalization.
- Build business cases clearly linked to ROI, operational efficiency, and customer loyalty.
Requirements
- Proven experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or solution architecture.
- Strong understanding of CX, CCaaS, and customer journey orchestration.
- Experience positioning AI capabilities in CX, such as bots, agent assist, and GenAI.
- Solid knowledge of cloud architectures, APIs, and integrations.
- Experience engaging with enterprise clients and C-level stakeholders.
- Fluent English required.

- Experience in Argentina and/or Chile markets.
