What you will do

• Develop and customize solutions using hirify.global’s open platform to meet specific partner and end-user requirements.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to empower partners and optimize their use of hirify.global technology.
• Conduct technical discovery, requirements gathering, and product demonstrations to enrich customer engagement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product management, and customer care teams.
• Analyze business challenges and propose viable technical approaches or alternative solutions.
• Contribute to product improvement by providing direct feedback from partners and end-users.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Software Development, Automotive Engineering, or Technical Account Management.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Technical knowledge of telematics, IoT, and APIs.
• Must be based in Thailand.
• Ability to travel up to 20%, including international travel, and possession of a valid passport.

Nice to have

• Experience with programming languages such as Python, SQL, Java, or C#.
• Familiarity with API integrations and tools like JIRA, Salesforce, Superset, or Power BI.
