What you will do

• Build and deploy LLM-powered agents that interact with data, tools, and business applications.
• Design agentic solutions that support complex workflows and decision-making processes.
• Productionize AI agents using modern development practices in close collaboration with engineers.
• Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions and actionable insights.
• Analyze AI agent behavior and recommend iterative improvements to performance.
• Strengthen team AI craftsmanship through knowledge sharing and technical leadership.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or a similar field, preferably with an NLP/ML background.
• Professional experience building LLM, Generative AI, or NLP solutions.
• Strong Python skills and a track record of delivering production-ready code.
• Deep understanding of LLM fundamentals and modern AI development patterns.
• Ability to build end-to-end AI applications that deliver measurable business impact.
• Fluent English proficiency for effective collaboration in Agile teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, Autogen, or CrewAI.
• Familiarity with cloud AI platforms like Azure AI Studio, OpenAI APIs, or Google Vertex AI.
• Knowledge of retrieval and memory systems, including vector databases and embedding-based search.
• Experience with modern workflow orchestration tools, such as DAGs or event-driven patterns.
• Understanding of LLM evaluation, safety practices, and guardrail implementation.
