What you will do
- Develop and research innovative statistical models, incorporating advanced AI techniques such as LLMs and Agentic AI.
- Collaborate with product design and engineering teams to identify and integrate new datasets into product capabilities.
- Implement and deploy machine learning and generative AI solutions into production using Azure Cognitive Technologies and Azure Machine Learning.
- Execute analytical experiments and data mining on large structured and unstructured datasets to solve complex business problems.
- Communicate data-driven findings to stakeholders to enable smarter business processes.
- Stay updated on advancements in prompt engineering and autonomous agent systems.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data science or a proven track record in the field.
- Advanced expertise in pattern recognition, predictive modeling, and generative AI (transformers, LLMs).
- Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, and OpenAI APIs.
- Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks like CrewAI, AutoGPT, or BabyAGI.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and R; familiarity with Java or Scala is a plus.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or Hadoop and BI tools like Power BI.
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a quantitative field; a graduate degree is preferred.
