What you will do

• Design and manage end-to-end payment products and customer journeys from ideation through to launch and continuous improvement.
• Translate merchant needs and market trends into clear requirements for IT, Risk, Legal, and Customer Support.
• Collaborate closely with DevOps squads to understand IT architecture and APIs to remove delivery impediments.
• Promote products internally and externally in coordination with Marketing and Sales teams.
• Ensure all product developments align with business principles, risk management, and external regulations.
• Contribute to a self-steering, multidisciplinary team while independently managing specific workstreams.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in digital product or project management.
• Solid domain expertise in Acquiring and Payments.
• Ability to understand IT landscapes, including APIs, sequence diagrams, and system flows.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one national language.
• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
