What you will do

• Own the roadmap, prioritization, and end-to-end delivery for flagship areas of the creative platform.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and research teams to translate AI advances into user features.
• Define and drive success metrics using a blend of data, community feedback, and creative insight.
• Engage directly with the hirify.global community to understand how generative AI inspires creators.
• Craft detailed specifications and lead execution within a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of product management experience at a creative-tech company, consumer platform, or innovative startup.
• Proven track record of shipping transformational features with minimal guidance.
• Exceptional product sense, specifically within ambiguous, idea-driven domains.
• Inspiring and concise communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Genuine passion for the creative revolution unlocked by generative AI.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Palo Alto office 3–5 days a week

Nice to have

• Experience with consumer, media-rich, or collaborative creation products.
• Experience thriving in 0–1 or "blank page" environments.
• Technical fluency to partner closely with engineering on creative tradeoffs.
