What you will do
- Support the Luxembourg Real Estate Director in ensuring governance and corporate legal compliance for fund entities and SPVs.
- Organize Board packs, convene meetings, and manage the minuting process for Boards and shareholders.
- Coordinate the execution, review, and maintenance of legal records and documents.
- Manage day-to-day corporate matters including Registre du commerce, apostilles, KYC, and UBO requests.
- Supervise external service providers regarding administrative and corporate duties for non-Luxembourg entities.
- Promote good corporate governance and monitor new laws affecting the company's entities.
Requirements
- Must be based in or have the right to work in Luxembourg (Hybrid role).
- Degree in law or a recognized advanced Company Secretarial diploma.
- Proven track record in corporate legal/company secretarial roles within the Luxembourg legal environment.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines concurrently.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in French or German.
