What you will do

• Develop and maintain web application features following existing architecture and design patterns.
• Own the full development cycle of small-to-medium features from ticket to deployment.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to deliver product improvements.
• Improve platform performance and reliability under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Write and maintain automated tests to ensure codebase stability.
• Participate in code reviews and resolve production issues.

Requirements

• Solid experience with Ruby, Rails, and JavaScript.
• Experience building and maintaining web applications at scale.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, testing practices, and clean code.
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure and CI/CD tooling such as AWS and GitHub Actions.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher proficiency required for daily international communication.
• Availability to work within the 11:00 - 20:00 GMT+3 timezone.

Nice to have

• Experience with education technology platforms (LMS, LXP, MOOC).
• Familiarity with LTI, SCORM, or xAPI standards.
• Exposure to LLM integration, AI tooling, or Agentic systems.
