What you will do

• Lead technical discovery, architecture design, and solutioning for customers across SEA and Greater China.
• Deliver demos, PoCs, and technical validations to unblock strategic deals and guide technical validation.
• Design and implement consent-driven architectures based on industry standards and verifiable identity.
• Build prototypes and reference implementations to accelerate customer adoption and adoption.
• Provide product feedback based on customer insights to influence the product roadmap and GTM strategy.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of total experience, including 2+ years in technical customer-facing roles.
• Strong foundation in distributed systems, APIs, microservices, and cloud architecture.
• Familiarity with identity protocols (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML), cryptography, or decentralized identity models.
• Mandarin language skills are required.
• Hands-on experience with AI systems and modern development tooling.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and guide customers from discovery through to production adoption.
