What you will do

  • Identify and build databases of influencers across YouTube, Twitch, and other platforms.
  • Execute mass outreach campaigns to secure 20+ influencer partnerships per month.
  • Coordinate collaborations by providing briefs, campaign materials, and supporting IM managers.
  • Review influencer content and provide creative feedback to ensure alignment with objectives.
  • Develop creative concepts for influencer campaigns and analyze their performance.
  • Utilize AI tools to automate workflows and improve overall team efficiency.

Requirements

  • English: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) required, both written and spoken.
  • 1+ year of experience in Marketing or Influencer Marketing.
  • Deep understanding of the esports and gaming industry.
  • Knowledge of digital and performance marketing principles and analytics tools.
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools to boost productivity.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in Chinese, German, French, Portuguese, Spanish, or other APAC languages.
  • Passion for Counter-Strike and esports.
  • Experience in content creation (especially YouTube) and copywriting.
  • Knowledge of YouTube SEO and algorithms.
