What you will do
- Provide Level 3 technical support for desktops, laptops, and user environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve advanced IT issues escalated from lower support levels.
- Manage and monitor systems using ConnectWise RMM and Autotask PSA.
- Perform system monitoring, patch management, and proactive maintenance.
- Manage and verify data backups and disaster recovery processes.
- Detect, investigate, and resolve virus, malware, and security threats.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or Systems Administrator at Level 3.
- Strong proficiency with ConnectWise RMM and Autotask PSA.
- Experience handling backups, antivirus management, and system security.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and desktop environments.
- Must be based in the Philippines.
- Ability to work 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (9:00 PM – 5:00 AM PH Time).
Nice to have
- Experience working in Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments.
- Knowledge of network troubleshooting, cloud services, and virtualization.
- IT certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, or similar.
