Machine Learning Engineer (AI)

TL;DR

Machine Learning Engineer (AI/ML): Building and optimizing both classical ML models for business operations and LLM-powered systems for the product with an accent on production-grade AI and scalable pipelines. Focus on implementing risk/fraud models, RAG pipelines, and defining the overall AI strategy and tooling for the company.

Location: Hybrid in Stockholm, Sweden (Relocation support provided)

What you will do

• Develop and deploy classical ML models for risk, fraud, churn prediction, and pricing.
• Build LLM-powered features and internal automation using RAG pipelines and agentic workflows.
• Define the AI strategy, including tooling standardization and model evaluation frameworks.
• Own the full ML lifecycle from stakeholder scoping to deployment and monitoring.
• Partner with the Head of Data to shape the ML/AI capability from the ground up.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional ML engineering experience using Python in production.
• Strong proficiency in classical ML, including feature engineering and model validation.
• Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
• Proven track record of building RAG systems or LLM-backed products for real users.
• Experience with major cloud providers (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containers.
• Strong written and spoken English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience with MLOps tools like MLflow, Airflow, or Kubernetes.
• Background in fintech, payments, or telecom domains.
