What you will do

• Manage a dedicated team of engineers delivering maintenance, issue resolution, upgrades, and installation of equipment.
• Lead, develop, and manage the field force in accordance with OHS regulations and company policies.
• Supervise all planned activities to ensure high-standard execution and adherence to agreed procedures.
• Drive the adoption of standardized processes and workflows into day-to-day operations.
• Lead issue resolution and escalation management to ensure timely and quality results for customers.

Requirements

• Technical or engineering education.
• Solid experience in the service business and technical products.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and mechanical/electrical components.
• Fluency in English and Finnish (both written and spoken).
• Experience in leading, motivating, and coaching teams.
• Must be based in Finland and flexible for travel up to 50%.
