What you will do

• Coordinate regional field development programs, including biology plans, protocols, trials, and data analysis.
• Define field trial objectives and translate results into strategic summaries and presentations for the business.
• Advise on portfolio strategy using technical expertise and field data insights.
• Collaborate with regional teams, agronomists, and external research institutes for market-relevant product positioning.
• Deliver high-quality, BAD-compliant datasets to support product registration and decision-making.
• Monitor competitor technology developments to identify differentiation opportunities and drive knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in agriculture or a similar field.
• At least 5 years of experience in the agricultural sector.
• Proven expertise in crop management, experimental design, and data analysis.
• Solid understanding of EU BAD requirements and experience generating compliant data.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Europe during peak seasons.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
