What you will do

  • Lead and coach a Nordic People team of 6 specialists across Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Office Management.
  • Act as a strategic partner and advisor to the Nordic leadership team and managers.
  • Ensure legal compliance and systematic improvement of work environment processes.
  • Oversee the hiring process and onboarding experience to ensure timeliness and quality.
  • Manage employee administration, including employment contracts, salary reviews, and HRIS updates.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners regarding legal compliance.

Requirements

  • Fluent Swedish and English (written and spoken).
  • Expert knowledge of Swedish labour law.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in HR with a proven track record in leadership roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a similar field.
  • Experience in creating and executing HR strategies such as L&D, Performance Management, and Onboarding.
  • Data-driven approach with moderate Excel skills.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Danish or Finnish labour law.
  • Experience working across other Nordic countries.
