What you will do

• Research, identify, and engage high-level engineering and technical talent across multiple disciplines.
• Build and mentor a team of technical sourcers focusing on infrastructure and software engineering.
• Develop and automate sourcing workflows using AI tools to reduce manual tasks.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to calibrate technical profiles and requirements.
• Provide data-backed market intelligence on talent trends and competitive compensation landscapes.
• Track pipeline data and metrics to optimize sourcing effectiveness and funnel health.

Requirements

• 7+ years of extensive technical recruiting or sourcing experience.
• Proficiency with ATS (Ashby) and CRM systems such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GEM, or Juicebox.
• Must be based in or authorized to work in the United States.
• Proven ability to deliver results in fast-paced or evolving environments.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting for cloud infrastructure, data center operations, or AI/ML companies.
• Exposure to early-stage or hypergrowth environments (Seed through Series D).
• Experience using AI tools to automate recruiting workflows.
• Experience supporting headcount planning within structured hiring processes.
