What you will do

• Execute monthly quality control (QC) activities to assess adherence to internal processes and procedures.
• Identify and report quality issues to FinCrime managers.
• Perform root-cause analysis of errors and provide detailed feedback to analysts.
• Deliver refresher sessions and coach new joiners to improve overall quality performance.
• Maintain deep knowledge of compliance procedures across the department.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different global locations.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a compliance-related function.
• Strong knowledge of AML best practices and regulatory requirements within financial services.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work from the Bogota office.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Nice to have

• Fluency in additional languages.
• Practical knowledge of Google Suite.
