What you will do

• Design and deliver production-grade multi-agent systems using orchestration frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain, or CrewAI.
• Build and maintain end-to-end RAG pipelines, including chunking strategies, embedding evaluation, and retrieval optimization.
• Develop prompt frameworks, role instructions, and production-grade AI guardrails for PII redaction and output validation.
• Deploy AI systems within VPC enterprise environments using AWS services such as Bedrock, SageMaker, ECS, and EKS.
• Build FastAPI services, streaming APIs, authentication layers, and React-based interfaces.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, observability tooling, and production monitoring frameworks.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in software, AI, or cloud engineering.
• Strong Python engineering capability for building production-grade backend systems.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, RAG systems, and agentic orchestration frameworks.
• Proficiency with AWS infrastructure, including Bedrock, SageMaker, and API Gateway.
• Strong understanding of DevSecOps practices, CI/CD, and security hygiene.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Singapore.

• Experience delivering production AI systems used by real users in enterprise environments.
• Active use of AI tools to improve engineering productivity and documentation quality.
• Ability to combine strong engineering execution with effective stakeholder communication.
