What you will do

• Lead accounting, as well as financial and regulatory reporting for the local market.
• Oversee treasury, local balance sheet management, and capital liquidity functions.
• Provide commercial and operational management information to support rapid expansion.
• Manage taxation and regulatory reporting requirements to ensure full local compliance.
• Develop investment strategies, evaluate fundraising plans, and manage capital structure.
• Lead and recruit a team of senior finance professionals.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a financial leadership role specifically within banking.
• Must be based in the Philippines with excellent knowledge of local regulations and regulatory bodies.
• Expertise in FP&A and forecasting, with the ability to build bank P&L and balance sheet models from scratch.
• Certification as a Chartered Accountant or equivalent.
• Deep understanding of bank balance sheets, regulatory ratios, and hedge accounting principles.
• Proven experience leading teams of senior finance professionals.
