What you will do

• Provide confidential administrative support to Executives and Senior Leaders.
• Manage complex inboxes, diaries, and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate meetings, events, and workshops including catering and minute-taking.
• Maintain intranet pages, SharePoint sites, and internal distribution lists.
• Assist with employee onboarding and off-boarding processes.
• Support reception duties and site security protocols as required.

Requirements

• Must be an Australian Citizen and able to obtain/hold an Australian Defence Security Clearance (Baseline/NV1/NV2).
• Post-secondary qualifications in administration or equivalent experience.
• High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
• Excellent customer service focus for both internal staff and external visitors.
