What you will do

• Drive daily operations for the hirify.global portfolio from initial opportunity to contract signature.
• Negotiate the most suitable technical solutions with customers to maximize company margins.
• Manage and develop a team of project proposal managers.
• Ensure technical and quotation accuracy in collaboration with the commercial team.
• Monitor project profitability and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Travel up to 40% of the time.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management within a multicultural environment.
• Must be based in Beijing or Shanghai.
• Strong communication skills and high mental agility.
• Knowledge of PMP methodology and project financials.
• Result-oriented and service-minded approach.

Nice to have

• Experience in the beer and beverage industry.
• Knowledge of installation and commissioning scope for machinery or complete lines.
