What you will do

• Own a portion of the financial forecast used by the board, regulators, and investors.
• Design and build robust financial models using historical data and industry metrics.
• Structure data to facilitate efficient analysis and scenario planning.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Data Science, Growth, Treasury, and Risk teams.
• Create and present insightful analysis for executive stakeholders.
• Improve financial processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in Peru
• 2+ years of experience in financial modelling, data analysis, or transformation.
• Degree from a top-tier university (1:1 or 2:1).
• Experience designing and building large financial models like three-statement models.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Exceptional attention to detail and logical problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in bank or infrastructure modelling.
• Knowledge of banking regulations such as capital and liquidity requirements.
• Professional qualifications like CFA or ACA.
