TL;DR
Senior Fullstack Engineer (Vue/C#): Developing data-driven retirement guidance tools with an accent on balancing technical leadership and individual contribution. Location: Hybrid in Toronto, ON (4 days in office)
Salary: $101,422 – $148,755 per year

What you will do
- Lead a cross-functional squad, collaborating with stakeholders to drive timely project delivery.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-quality software solutions.
- Split time between technical team leadership and individual contributor tasks.
- Mentor engineers to maintain code standards and foster technical growth.
- Integrate AI tools into the software development lifecycle to improve speed and quality.
- Participate in the production support on-call rotation every two months.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building production-grade applications.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as Vue.js or React.
- Experience building backend services using Nuxt or NestJS.
- Knowledge of C#/.NET and SQL for backend systems.
- Must be based in Toronto, ON for a hybrid schedule (4 days in office).
Nice to have
- Experience using AI tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude, or CLI-based agents to enhance workflows.
- Strong background in Design Patterns, OOP, and RESTful API security.
